He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Greer and Ruth Florence Greer; his wife Edith Greer; his daughter Carol Terry; his siblings, Leonard Greer, Eulas Greer and Fayoma Clement; and his nephews, Johnny Ray Greer and Edwin Greer.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Wesley Terry (Catherine) and Tabitha Terry; and his great grandchildren, Carol Knight and Josie May Terry.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations may be made to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
