She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Seiber and Margaret Ellen Seiber; her husband Bobby Rushing; her son Bobby Ray Rushing; her siblings, Harlon Seiber, Leslie Seiber, Willie Gene Seiber, Orville Seiber, Rosie Seiber, Ruby Jackson and Lully Mae Seiber; and her granddaughter Mary Smotherman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Jackson (John) of Camden, TN and Betty Higgins of Camden, TN.; her brother Osker Seiber (Henrietta) of Atwood, TN.; and her grandchildren, Dwayne Fullington (Brandy), Christy Holland (Jason) and Donna Thurston.
