He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Hatley and Willie Mae Capps Hatley; his wife Juanita Hargis Hatley; and his siblings, Elton Hatley, Wynell Hatley and Sara Kay Dowdy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Atkinson of Camden, TN, Joyce Sealand of Memphis, TN and Kenna Cagle of Memphis, TN.; his sister Rebecca Franke of Tampa, FL.; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Robert, Joshua and Shae.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Eastview Cemetery in care of Oakdale Funeral Home.
