He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Zike and Pearl Shadow Zike; his former wives, Juanita Prince Zike and Sue Frazee Zike; and his siblings, Lloyd Zike, Robert Zike, Jack Zike, Norma Rothmeier, Donna Ruth Reiniger and Lois Ann Welle.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Flowers Zike of Camden, TN; his daughters, Anita Brown of Camden, TN, Charlene Howell (Mark) of Fairview Heights, IL and Lisa Boyd (David) of Camden, TN.; his stepchildren, Janice Rigsby of Camden, TN, Mark Walker of Camden, TN, Talitha Snyder (Mike) of Arkansas and Bethany Brooks (Torin); his grandchildren, Jennifer Greer (Gary), Andrew Brown (Jennifer), David Brown (Tabitha), Laura Howell, Danielle Alexander (Bryan), Heather Boyd and Kenny Boyd; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Nicolas, Joshua, Stephen, Spenser, Madelyn, Ava and Everett.
