He was predeceased by: his parents, Velzie Lee Holland and Edith Hicks Holland; his wife Connie Holland; his stepson Brian Darnell; and his siblings, Wesley Holland, Paul Holland, Gary Holland, Jimmie Cook, Bessie Wimberly, Marie Howe, Jane Hargis, Inez French, Frances Durrell and Sandra Inman.
He is survived by: his stepson Brent Darnell (Kimberly) of Maryville, TN.; and his daughter Amy Shawnell Holland of Camden, TN..
