He is survived by: his mother Hazel Nadine Turner; his girlfriend Dolores Bainum of Camden, TN; his daughters, Tanya Smith (Steve) of Camden, TN and Stacey Leeker (Jason) of Missouri; his brother Riley Turner (Debby) of Willisville, IL.; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Kelsey, Casmyn, Khloe, Annaka, Josiah, Kalea, Adelina and Azariah Jude.
