He was predeceased by: his parents, R. J. Kirby and Adean Rigsby Kirby; and his daughter Gina Darlene Willis. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Eubanks Kirby; his children, Dennis Blain Kirby, Freddie Lee Benton Dean, Darrell Thomas Dean, Deana Beth Stiles, Kellie Denise Reynolds and Debra Gene Ballentine; and his siblings, Janice Kay Smith, Peggy Jane Selph and Harlon Kirby.
