He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Clark and Lois Clark; and his sister Debbie Henry (Gary). He is survived by: his wife Kerry Boller; his stepson Chris (Leigh); his daughter Lisa Wright (Larry); his sister Marcy Hill (Donnie); his brother-in-law John Allen (Carolyn); and his granddaughters, Morgan, Kiana and Alexa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family, and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, his family suggests donations be made on his behalf to St. Jude or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
