He is survived by: his wife Ginger Floyd Blackburn; his brother Stanley Blackburn; his daughters, Julie Blackburn of Medina, TN and Jill Williams (Justin) of Jackson, TN.; his grandchildren, Porter Bradley and Lynlee Grace Williams; his brother Mickey Blackburn (Tina) of Spring Hill, TN.; and his sister-in-law Sandra Blackburn of Camden, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
