He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Rowland. He is survived by: his father Ray Rowland of Calhoun; his son Justin Rowland of Cleveland; and his brothers, Barry Rowland of Decatur and Monty Rowland of Decatur. He is also survived by nephews and other extended family.
