He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Holsapple and Ruth Holsapple (Amonett); and his siblings, Darwin, Danny Holsapple and Barbara Litchfield.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin, Phillip and Benjamin Holsapple; and his sister Norma Faye Dempsey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
