She is survived by: her son Mike Chambers (Christie); her stepdaughters, Sherry McDonald and Debbie Flynn; her siblings, Carolyn Cozine, Helen White (Ralph) and Tommy Neal (Virgie); her grandchildren, Christopher Chambers (Jessica), James Chambers and Erin Chambers; her great grandchildren, Riley Kay Pittman and Will Chambers; her stepgrandchildren, Shelby, Sallie, Josh Maxwell, Kyle Maxwell, Coty Woods, Ethan Woods, Keith Leonard, Richard Leonard and David Leonard; her former husband Howard Chambers; and her siblings, Stanley, Haskel Neal, James and Susan.
