He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Carlton Mitchell and Nina Mitchell (Cook); his wife Barbara Louise Mitchell (Phillips); and his son Michael C. Mitchell. He is survived by: his sons, Terry Conrad Mitchell, Jr. and Leon Carlton Mitchell; and his sister Carolyn Sue Davis. He is also survived by Grandchildren and (14) Great-Grandchildren.
