We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2019, at the age of 59, Phillips Smalling (Byrdstown, Tennessee), born in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smalling and Geraldine Smalling. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Smalling of Miami, FL, Chelsea Stephens (Justin) of Cincinnati, OH and Hunter Smalling of Byrdstown, TN. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
