She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Ford and Kathleen Ford (Flowers); her siblings, Randy, Terry Ford and Karen Melton; and her nephew James Henry Ford.

She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Davis; her husband David; her grandchildren, Chandler Winningham, J. D. Davis, Kyra Phares, Peyton Davis (Missie), Tanya Davis and Brett Davis (Tori); and her sister-in-law Dale Ford. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren and (1) Bonus Great Grandchild.
