He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lee Hall and Mary Elizabeth Hall (Lawrence); his son Andrew Charles Hall; and his siblings, Edward P. Hall, Luther Hall Jr. and Lenora Hall March.

He is survived by: his wife Julia Diana Hall (Mayberry); his daughter Mary Hall; his fiancé Chris Courtney; his stepdaughters, Melissa Moses and Sherra Bordelon; and his son Matthew Hall. He is also survived by Grandchildren and (10) Great-Grandchildren.
