He is survived by: his wife Marina Rush (Davis); his daughters, Barbara Evens (Patrick) and Rebecca Chestnut (David); and his brothers, Cornell Richard Rush and Gary Lee Rush. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
