He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Philip Neale and Margaret Neale (Silliam); and his sisters, Norma Jean Payne and Sue Ann Bertold. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Neale (Lynch); his sons, Brian Neale (Lesli) and Jeff Neale; and his grandchildren, Carly Gonzlas and Maxwell Neale.
