He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Bilbrey and Lillian Mansfield Bilbrey; his sister Bonnie Lou Bilbrey; and his brother-in-law James Rector. He is survived by: his wife Debra Richardson Bilbrey; his children, Daniel, Benjamin and Lillian Bryant (Billy); his stepchildren, John Asberry (Leann) and Erin Asberry Kennard; his grandsons, Cody Asberry, Jesse Linder and Cooper Kennard; his siblings, Joe Bilbrey (Barb) and Judy Rector; his mother-in-law Louise Cope; and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Richardson, Lisa Cummings, Robin Cummings, Craig Richardson and Danny Richardson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bilbrey Cemetery Fund at Peoples Bank in Byrdstown.
