He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bilbrey (Lee); his daughters, Melissa Bilbrey (Danny Richardson) and Amanda Hughes (Greg); his granddaughter Kaylee Hughes; his sister Judy Rector; and his sister-in-law Debra Bilbrey. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
