He is survived by: his wife Connie Story (Crockett); his daughter Heather Garrett (Jason); and his sisters, Janet Kuykendall (James) and Sue Huff. He is also survived by Son: Micah Board; (3) Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
