He is survived by: his children, Janet Keisling (Kelly), Debbie Cross (Rob) and Charles Mullins (Carmen); his grandchildren, Jamie Edwards, John Keisling, Karissa Jones, Brent Cross, Tracey Williams, Ben Cross, Andy Mullins and Clay Mullins; his sister Kay Elder; his close friend Sue Walker; and the mother of his children Juanita Capps Mullins. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and (3) great-great-grandchildren.
