He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Walker and Vera Walker (Moles); his former wife Martha Walker; his wife Barbara Faye Walker; his daughters, Helen and Melissa Walker; his siblings, Jack, Jerry, Paul Walker and Maudie Garrett; and his half-siblings, Andrew Walker and Imogene Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Sue Guffey (Rex), Wanda Mercer (Jesse), Charlotte Braswell (David), Shanda Haggard, Earl Walker, Tony Walker (Kimberly) and Timmy Walker (Heather); his siblings, Anna Lee Russell and Edd Walker (Mary); his close friend Bessie Nicholas; and his godson Anthony Reynolds. He is also survived by Grandchildren; (11) Great-Grandchildren; (2) Great-Great-Grandchildren; Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
