He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Rhule (Coffey); his children, Katrina Smith (Douglas), Jennifer Richards (Nicholas), Connie Long (Curt), Chad Rhule (Christina), Bobby Bilbrey (Mindy) and David Bilbrey; and his siblings, Margaret Craig, Velma Pittman (Buster) and Larry Rhule (Missy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
