He is survived by: his children, Buffy Vereecke and Albert Slattman Jr.; and his siblings, Carol Hoffman (Norman), Donna Nagoette (Dan), Larry Slattman (Debra) and John Slattman (Cyndee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
