She is survived by: her daughter Paula Johnston; her husband Gary; her sons, Alan Shane Harwell and Gary Goodworth; and her grandchildren, Kevin Goodworth of Bonnie Maddux, C. J, Ryan Johnston, Brice Johnston, Jennifer Bilbrey and Jeffrey Alan Harwell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
