He was predeceased by: his mother Albert Terlep; his stepfather Pauline Terlep; and his father John Shultz. He is survived by: his spouse Beth Allison Moyers of Bybee; his stepbrothers, Richard Terlep of Cleveland and Leo Terlep of Cleveland; and his stepson Joe Houshour of Wisconsin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
