He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Wade. He is survived by: his daughter Addison Helton; his siblings, Dee Barrett, Phillip Barrett, Greg Barrett, Karla Delph and Frankie Thacker; his aunt Virginia Wade; and his friends, Brittney Metcalf, Ethan Skeens, Ken, Cathy Metcalf and Stephanie Helton.
