He is survived by: his father Glen Fowler; his stepmother Diane Fowler; his siblings, Kevin Fowler (Emily) of Bybee, David Fowler (Emily) of Morristown and Glenda Baxter (Billy) of Cosby; and his close friends, Jerry Epley, Joyce Wooten Jim and Cindy Woods Robinson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
