He was predeceased by: his wives, Elizabeth Sweeten Toby and Kathleen Willis Toby; his mother Leoda Toby; and his sister Jeanette Sprouse. He is survived by: his sisters, Lena Stepp of Bybee and Diane Sweeten of Newport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
