It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burl Eugene Smiley of Bybee, Tennessee, who passed away on April 28, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Smiley and Viola Atkins; and his son Michael Eugene Smiley. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Smiley; his son Tim Smiley (Judy); his grandchildren, Zac, Brandon, Noah Smiley, Fletcher, Jesse Bryant and Jake Smiley; and also, Gale Smith and Annette Burger.
