She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Cable and Hessie White Cable; her husbands, James Edward Smith, Fred Roger Stanberry and Glenn Phillips; her son Roger Stanberry; and her siblings, Edith Brown, Kate Kyte, Anna Ruth Atwood and Olis "Joe" Cable.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra "Debbie" Blevins (Mike) of Butler, TN and Theresa Cole (Randy) of Elizabethton, TN; her grandchildren, Michele Walsh (Michael), Matthew Blevins (Ashley) and Joseph Cole (Alyson); her great grandchildren, Avery Blevins, Aidan Blevins, Aaron Cole, Anson Cole and Faith Henson (Trevor); her close friends, Ramona Potter and Danny Burton; her nieces, Trish Tester and Elizabeth Wallace; and her nephew Freddie Atwood. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Baptist Church (128 Old Church Loop Rd, Butler, TN 37640). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
