She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Clark, Jr. and Zella Ruth Clark (Smith) of Stoney Creek; her sister Janice Clark of Elizabethton; and her son Jeffrey Kyle Stout of Butler. She is survived by: her daughter Beverly McIntosh; her granddaughter Nikki Trivette (Matt Severns); her siblings, Teresa Clark, Kelly Taylor (Shane) and Kevin Clark (Angie); her niece Whitney Clark; and her nephews, Devin Clark and Jimmy Taylor. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to Johnson County Rescue Squad or to a benevolence fund at Little Doe Baptist Church.
