He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tom Culver (TL), Kate Greenwell Culver, Robert O., Mary Hedges, Joe and Charlotte Wilson Hedges Conn.

He is survived by: his parents, Susie Hedges Culver of Butler and Tom Culver; his siblings, Lisa Oreto and David Culver; his wife Robin Lineberger; and his aunts and uncles, Bobby, Cheryl Culver Mills of Butler, TN, Mike, Paula Hedges of Gainesville, FL, Joey and Noreen Conn of Gainesville, FL.. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
