He is survived by: his wife Christine Potter Guy; his brother Richard Guy; his sons, Terry (Ginger Guy), Tenn, Todd (Melanie Guy) and Tony Guy; his grandchildren, Haley Helton (Tyler), Taylor Guy, Madison Guy, Ben Guy, Matthew Guy and Kelsey Guy; and his great grandchild Hudson.
