She was predeceased by: her father Hugh Grindstaff; her husband Troy Allen; her son Danny Allen; and her siblings, Obeta Grindstaff, Denver Grindstaff, Thomas Grindstaff, Paul Grindstaff and James Grindstaff.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Forrester (Mike), Sandra Whaley (James) and Larry Allen; and her sisters, Juanita Ward of Kelso, WA and Moleta Davis of Murfreesboro, TN. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
