She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Turner and Helen Turner; her sons, David Miller and Winston Ritchie; her siblings, Pauline Williams, Jean Mink, Johnny Turner, Eddie Turner and Richard Turner; and her granddaughter Miranda Ritchie.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Miller; her children, Angel Lowe, Cheryl Reyes (Miguel), Raymond Turner (Vickie) and Herbie Ritchie (Leona Pierce); her grandchildren, Megan Ramirez (Luis), Aaron Lowe, Cotey Lowe, Sebastian (Cali), Mario, Isabella Reyes, Devin Ritchie and Roman Ritchie; her children, Javier, Keyana, Conner Estep Markland and Gunner Tolley; and her brother-in-law Jay P. Miller. She is also survived by other great-grandchildren.
