He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Cable and Mae Stout Cable; his brothers, Billy Cable (Sharon), Clinton Cable and David Cable; his daughter-in-law Kathy Cable; and his granddaughter Renee Shore.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Potter Cable; his children, Janet Dugger (Brad) of Hampton, TN and Jeffrey Cable of Hartselle, AL; his siblings, Cathy Richards of Butler, TN and Kenneth Cable (Cindy) of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Audra Gill, Austin Clawson and Jonathan Shore; and his great grandchildren, Harley Mann, Jessie Myers, Loyd Meyers III, Jared Miller, Jessie Miller and Jonathan Miller.
