He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Stout and Grace Rainbolt Hilton Stout; his sister Hilda Dugger; and his stepfather Chester "Tilley" Stout. He is survived by: his sister Mona Stout; his niece Tori Stout; his nephew Eric Stout (Veronica); his cousin Amy Thibodaux (Tyler); and his close friend Eddie Courtner. He is also survived by One Great Niece, Two Great Nephews.
