He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay E. Potter and Frances Smith Potter. He is survived by: his children, Hunter Clay Potter and Samantha Adcox (Josh Guy); his grandchildren, Derek Michael Potter and Ellie May Potter; his siblings, Freida Peterson, Sabrina Harris (Jason) and Rev. Mark Potter (Sandi); and the mother of his children Christy Potter.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Buntontown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funereal home to help with expenses.
