He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Woodard Smith of Burns, TN; his sons, Randy Wayne Smith (Cheryl) of Burns, TN and Travis Lee Smith (Ginni); his sisters, Charlene Tucker of Dickson, TN, Shirley Hunter of Dickson, TN, Linda McCullough of Dickson, TN, Jeanie Parker of Dickson, TN, Betty Jo Duke and Lois Cathey of McEwen, TN; and his grandchildren, Austin Smith, Logan Smith, Jaxen Stiltner, Grady Smith, Carter Smith, Jorja Stiltner, Cole Smith and Gavin Brazzell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
