He is survived by: his wife Diane Lowe of Burns, TN; his sons, Roger Lowe, II (Victoria Hutter) of Burns, TN, Allen Turner (Cheyanne) and Duane Turner; his siblings, Bill Lowe (Karen) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Anita Lowe of Dickson, TN; his grandchildren, Jaden Lowe, Kenzi Lowe, Presley Lowe and Gracelynn Turner; his brother-in-law Leon Lamb of Burns, TN; and his pet Cee Cee.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Dickson County Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
