He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Moore and Ima Rushton Moore; and his wife Wanda L. Moore. He is survived by: his son Phillip H Moore of Burns; his stepdaughters, Pam Lee of Nashville and Diana Hazard of Indiana; his brothers, George Moore (Jackie) of Michigan and Holmes Moore (Linda) of Missouri; and his granddaughter Abigail Garrett (Mike) of Glenellyn, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
