We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, Jason David Perez of Burns, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Rita King Perez. He is survived by: his father Raymond Perez (Christy) of Dickson; his wife Jennifer Perez of Burns; his children, Davyen Perez, Briella Perez, Christopher Westcott, Jr., Jacob Westcott, Jordan Westcott, Cara Westcott and Sophia Carver; and his siblings, Raymond Perez, Jr. and Christina Perez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Compassion Church (3525 Hwy 70 W, Dickson, TN 37055). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Middle Tn State Veterans Cemetery.
