He is survived by: his wife Cathy Cobb of Burns, TN.; his children, Harvey "Edd" Cobb (Cheryl) of Callahan, FL. and Suzanne Carter of Nashville, TN.; his sisters, Pat Toothman of Shreveport, LA and Sue Bogues of Shreveport, LA.; his grandchildren, James, Kyle and Elise; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Elijah and Avery.
