He is survived by: his children, David Chadwick of White Bluff, TN and Nita Moss of Dickson, TN; and his grandchildren, Tammy Moss, Jennifer Quarles, David Sullivan, Dayna Cullom and Stacey Littles. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
