He was predeceased by: his former wife Elaine. He is survived by: his children, Donna Moore and Greg Moore (Star); his grandsons, Dustin Moore (Bridget) and Luke Moore (Whitney); his great grandchild Rocco Moore; and his wife Dianne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
