He is survived by: his children, Tonya Middleton (Jeff) of Brighton and Terry Braddock of Burlison; his grandsons, Garrett Middleton, Tyler Middleton and Michael Horvath Braddock; and his sisters, Donna Keith, Lynn Fultz and Teresa Alferez. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
