He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Chamberlain and Annie Mae Chamberlain; and his siblings, Eugene, Larry, David Chamberlain and Doris Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his close friend Krystal Kellum; his son Cameron Kellum; and his siblings, Paul Chamberlain of Henning, Jody Chamberlain (Roxanne) of Goodlettsville, TN, James Chamberlain of Brownsville, Ruth Wallace (Danny) of Covington, Carolyn McBroom of Dyersburg, Darlene Chamberlain of Covington, Marie Tucker of Brighton and Beulah Chamberlain of Covington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
