It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Elliott Boyd of Burlison, Tennessee, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott Boyd and Pauline Rogers Boyd; and his brothers, Leroy Boyd and Eugene Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Betty Parks Boyd; his children, Ricky Boyd of Burlison, Joseph Boyd (Stephanie) of Burlison, Glenda Cannon (Rickey) of Brighton, Nancy Fox (Barry) of Melbourne, FL and Janet MacDonnchadh (Mac) of Brighton; and his grandchildren, Matt Cannon, Keith Cannon, Patrick MacDonnchadh, Jay MacDonnchadh, Ally MacDonnchadh, Haily Kolberg, Tyler Boyd, Tiffany Carr and Dustin Armstrong. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
